Auggie Beta Tester Confidentiality Agreement
You've been invited to test Auggie, an app currently in private development that has not been publicly released. By checking the box below, you agree to the following:
- You will not discuss, describe, demonstrate, screenshot, record, or otherwise share any part of the Auggie app — its features, design, functionality, or your experience using it — with anyone who is not also an approved Auggie tester, until Auggie is publicly released.
- This includes social media posts, screen recordings, screenshots, text messages, and verbal descriptions to non-testers.
- You're welcome to discuss Auggie freely with other people once they've been added to the tester list.
- This agreement applies until Auggie's public launch, after which the app is no longer confidential.
- Repeatedly sharing confidential details outside the tester group may result in being removed from the testing program.
This is a plain-language agreement intended for a small private beta test, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
