Auggie — Request Data Deletion

Auggie doesn't use accounts, usernames, or passwords, so there's no login to delete data through directly. Instead, you can request deletion by contacting us — here's how.
How to request deletion
- Email meetauggie@gmail.com from any email address.
- Let us know you'd like your Auggie data deleted, and include any identifying details you can (the name(s) you used on your profile(s), roughly when you used the app, and the phone/device you used it on).
- We'll confirm your request and delete the associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All profile information across your Personal, Professional, and Other profiles — including your name, photo, bio, and every field you filled in.
- Location data associated with your device.
- Your device identifier and any records tied to it.
- Connected Spotify data, if you connected your account.
- Match history and notification records associated with your device.
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records (such as an anonymized log that a deletion request was made and fulfilled) as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, but no personally identifiable profile data is kept once a deletion request is processed.
